At Crafty Kids, I am committed to protecting the privacy of the parents and children who attend our classes. This policy explains how I collect, use, and store your personal information.

1. Information I Collect

When you book a class or party, I collect the following information:

• Parent/Guardian Name and contact details (email and phone number).

• Child’s Name and Date of Birth (to ensure they are in the right class and to tailor my teaching).

• Childs Support Needs & Allergy Information (to keep your child safe during the session)

2. How I Use Your Information

I only use your data to:

• Process your bookings and payments.

• Send you updates about your class (e.g., a change of venue or a reminder).

• Ensure your child’s safety while they are in my care.

• If you "opt-in," I will add you to a Crafty Kids WhatsApp group to share news and updates about the class. 

• If you "opt in" I will add you to an emailing list to share news and updates about the class. 

3. How I Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely. I use Bookwhen to manage bookings. Any paper copies of data e.g. a printed register, are destroyed when no longer needed. I never sell your data to third parties.

4. Photos and Social Media

I love showing off the amazing work the children create! However, I will only take and share photos of children or their work on social media if I have received your explicit written consent (usually via a tick-box on your booking form). You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting me in writing (email/text)

5. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask to see what data I hold about you.

• Ask me to delete your data (the "right to be forgotten").

• Correct any information that is wrong.
